Our factory mainly manufactures all kinds of fasteners which are including Cup Head Square Neck Bolts, Cup Head Oval Neck Bolts, Hex Flange Bolts, Hex Head Bolts, Square Head Bolts, T-Bolts, U-Bolts, Anchor Bolts, Track Bolts, Lag Screws, Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, Hex and Square Nuts, all kinds of washers, etc. Standards are ANSI, AS/NZS, DIN, JIS, BS&GB, etc. Specifications are from diameter M5 to M45 (3/16”-1.3/4” for inches). Property classes are 4.6,4.8,5.6,5.8,6.8,8.8,10.9&12.9(307A,307B,A325,Gr2,Gr5,Gr8,B7&L7 for inches ). Coating including Zinc Plating(Cr6+, Cr3+ and Zinc Color ), Hot dip Galvanising, Blackening & Black phosphate. We have the ability to manufacture 50 thousand tons of products annually. The "Ping Biao" brand high tensile strength fastener win the title of "Shandong Famous Brand" by Shandong Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee and Shandong Quality Technology Supervision Bureau in the year of 2010.

The factory is equipped with Multi-station Cold Headers and all kinds of fastener machines,annealing furnaces and ball blast machine for raw materials, heat treatment lines, hot-dip galvanized lines, full automatic zinc plating lines and black phosphate line, etc. It has strong technological force and complete quality inspection machines. The products can meet all requirements from standards and customers.
